Hello, I had a customer who recently had this problem. I followed instructions in the knowledgebase, and it fixed it. However, can anyone clue me in on WHY this happened? We would like to prevent it from happening again. In our case, there was no lock file. The customers symptoms were messages downloading several times, some messages not downloading, and very slow download times on others. Additionally, is there some way to monitor for this condition?
