Refuse NULL senders checks the actual sender in the
SMTP envelope--the "MAIL From:" in the log below. 
As we all know from fighting spam, the "From:" line 
in the messaage envelope can claim to be (or not
be, in this case) from anybody it wants. Grabbing it 
there would catch mail from every user that didn't 
put their from address in their mail client.
