Are you using the NT user database? Makelist only reads the IMail
registry.
You can import your NT users into the IMail user database and then
switch back to the NT users.
1) Go to Virtual Hosts Configuration (Control Panel | IMail Server |
Global | Virtual Hosts Admin).
2) Check Use IMail User Database. Save. Then stop and restart the SMTP
service on the SMTP tab.
3) Run IMail User Manager. Under the File menu you want to Import NT
Users.
4) Switch back to the NT user database. Be sure to stop and restart the
SMTP service on the SMTP tab after the change.
