Sajith,
If you have your new user creation automated, then you could simply add in
one more step to fire off a welcome message from a template of sorts. I did
this with one of the tools I released and it works rather well. If you
currently create all your new accounts manually, then you would also need to
manually send a welcome message to the user. Or simply whip up a script to
do it for you.
It definately can be done ;-)
