If you have an NT box or Win98 with the Server Management Tools installed,
just start Server Manger, click on your mail server, click Computer, then
Services, then stop and start your PC Anywhere service. If you specify to
start the host on startup, it will start the host.
On the remote reboot, the NT Resource Kit has both a command line and gui
remote reboot util.
