This weekend I sent a email to a list I run. It was stuck out in the que
for a awhile (not sure why) and this morning I got the following

and nothing else, I also got a warning that a email to one user was not
delivered in 4 hours. This is a small list (<100)
Is this want happens when a subscriber has problems?
