Eric,
Ipswitch should consider adding a check when adding a new
userid that warns that an alias of the same name exists (the same
the other way around). We have seen several instances of this
ocurring and it is not obvious to many people. The warning should
be on the User Manager, the Imail Administrator and the Web
interface.
