Why is it that my regular web interface on port 8383 works fine, but the admin web 
interface on port 8383 does not?

My web browser says that the page:

http://main.domain.com:8181 does not exist

whereas

http://main.domain.com:8383 does

I never had a problem until today.
I am running v. 4.08
