[IMail Forum] Queue

Hi guys.... I have have a feelign there is mail getting trapped in the queue......... I took a look at the queue for the first time yesterday.. ummmmm first time in ummm 7 months!  and there was a bunch of stuff in there.... so I removed it to another file, thinking that it may clear up some strange things that have been happening as of late. (not getting emails people say they sent)  I took a look this morning and I have a few files in the queue, some have smp extensions??? what does that mean? and some have qse, and ntf??? could someone let me know what these are? also is there something anyone suggests on the queue to avoid this int he future?? should I be holding mail and then delivering evry 15 mins or something?
