Mark, Viewing the Monitor Status must be done on port 8181 (Web Admin), not 8383 (Web MSG). If you are saying you use the Web Admin port and you do not see the colored status (green and red) but see a 'broken link', then the files up.gif and down.gif are not in the \imail directory.
