The " free web mail / read my ads" services generally don't provide POP3/SMTP pickup/delivery AND they want you reading all your other mailboxes on their site (read my ads).
If you really need a "POP3 mailbox consolildator" now, www.KBMail.com has what seems to be a fine little Java mail app for reading any POP3 mailboxes held by Imail or wherever, and reasonably priced. Plus it appears KingBo's Web Messgaing .htm pages are much more open to customizaton than Imail 5, as well as using css and js. Again, Imail6 will probably be more open, too.

Many free email services like Yahoo and hotmail, allow
the user to configure external email servers to allow
retrieval of email from more than one server. Does
iMail have or plan to have that facility?
