You're approach in having Imail sling mail in synchrony with the customer
having their door open is interesting, even entertaining as a kind of
computer game, but as you found out, not very productive. I suggest you
skip that approach if your objective is delivering the mail.
Instead, have your client's smtp server issue the SMTP ETRN command to
Imail (when yr client is connected to Internet, I think I need to mention),
which causes Imail to dump all queued mail for that domain(s) to the
clients smtp server. That's the theory. Bonne chance.
