The highlighting, which is a type of auto-detected formatting, is a
function of the application displaying the string, ie, the browser in this
case. A browser, afaik, doesn't doesn't automatically embed a URL in an
<a> tag, it's no fault of Imail web messaging.
Do you know web messaging application (server side) that does detect URL in
the html text and automatically embeds the URL in a <a> tag so the browser
dislays it as a clickable link?
