We have the same issue and have to copy the web dir into all
domain directories.
A question. Does your imail directory structure use the
D:\imail\users directory. We don't and the only thing we can think
of is that the program doesn't look in the right place because of
this.
For example, we have our domains in the D:\imail\clients directory
tree, not D:\imail\users as it shows in the imail server (global tab).
Maybe someone can confirm or deny this as the issue...
