When web messaging does a forward, it grabs the text/plain 
portion of a multipart/alternative or related message. Of 
late, I've seen quite a few multipart/alternative messages 
with no, text alternative or an empty text alternative. 
These were from a version of OE (don't remember which one) 
but it appeared that the original sender sent the message 
with no encoding (raw 8-bit). Possible this is the case?
