I use Norton Antivirus Enterprise Solution v4.0, and love it. Server does all the virus updates and passes it down to the clients, quarantines files back to the central quarantine manager, optionally ships them to Norton, if it cannot ID/fix them. Will do virus trapping at the SMTP level.
