Michael-
Just wanted to let you know that I installed Service Pack 5 and now I
have access to all the user, listserv, alias information on the right
hand side.

Lisa, I am experiencing the exact same thing. I upgraded from 4.06
(skipped
5.x entirely) to 6.01 just last night. The server serves mail, but the
user
information in the right pane of the screen is blank for each user. It
appears just fine for the general folders (Users, Aliases, Lists), but I
can't see or administer any of the info for the users.
I did try managing the users from the web interface, and all looks good
from
there, so we have a workaround until IpSwitch gives us a fix.
I've not (yet?) experienced any of the bad bugaboos that a couple of
folks
on this list are reporting... <fingers and other appendages now crossed>
Cheers -- Michael
