headers for figuring who is who. This all works fine. Is there a way to get IMail to co-exist on this setup using port 80 as well and http headers to serve the correct site?

no, all answers I've seen here say Imail's http service and any other http service must run on different port numbers on a given machine.
Just brainstorming, but if Imail's http service could be a filter for IIS with
Imail's http pages having their own extensions like login.im, then Imail could detect an process the imail pages requested port :80 just like Cold Fusion filter catches its .cfm pages under IIS.
Would a solution be to run IMail under another IP address?
another ip address, or even better, another machine like an old PII 200 or little PIII.
