This is a GREAT suggestion! I just downloaded, installed, configured, and
tested this in an hour. OK, so the testing is a "little" light, but this was
sure painless!

Joe, you could use the Web list command mailer.  It is easy to
set up and only takes minimal HTML work.  You can download it
here:  http://www.dolist.net/lmailer.asp

I use it on my site.  I have one form for subscribing and another
for unsubscribing.  See this in action at
