Does anyone know where I might get the answer to this problem???
Thanks,

___________
I am testing Imail 5.X and having a problem.
I have an Exchange Server at my corporate site that I am using for routing.
I also am testing imail at the remote sites. The requirements are that all
users be addressable by [EMAIL PROTECTED] and also
[EMAIL PROTECTED] I have put Imail users as custom recipients in
Exchange with facility.beverlycorp.com as the primary address and
[EMAIL PROTECTED] as the secondary.
I have users at a remote site on a host called 8890.beverlycorp.com and the
host's alias is called beverlycorp.com. If they want to send a message that
has a recipient of [EMAIL PROTECTED] that resides outside of the
8890.beverlycorp.com (the recipient is on host 8891.beverlycorp.com), they
get an error ( '550 unknown user <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>'. Imail won't route
the message to the gateway (gateway address is exchange Server)... It will
send the message if they address it as [EMAIL PROTECTED] If I
remove the host's alias of beverlycorp.com, the message will deliver, but
then incoming mail will not resolve correctly.
I want the Exchange server to receive the message from the Imail server
addressed as [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or [EMAIL PROTECTED], if
possible), resolve to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and send to host
8891.beverlycorp.com, my second Imail server.
Please help.....

Mike Niccum
