Old version and short memory (mine) mean I'm not positive that V4.0x
has the tool to 'Set Reply to...' (V5 and 6 have it) in IMail
Administrator. But if it does, use that to change all reply to
addresses. Otherwise IMail will always use
'user@"Official_Host_Name"', so you would have to change the OHN. If
you do this for the domain on the Primary IP, then you will also
need entry in HOSTS file with Primary IP and name used for new OHN.

V5/6 does have Address Book in Web Messaging. See KnowledgeBase for
Spell Checker.
