I would say set a screensaver that shuts down the system and set it to 90 minutes. Since screen saver files (*.scr) are actually normal *.exe files renamed, you should be able to use a shutdown.exe program renamed to *.scr that shuts down the system without requiring command-line parameters.

Hi,

I need to set up a policy which will force machines inactive for more than 90 mins to shutdown. So can anyone please let me know where this policy setting in the group policy is or if any script is available please share with me.

Thanks,

Ajay
