I'm not sure what your question is. The headers say that Catalystems.com RECEIVED the message from mx1.mail.twtelecom.net (correct name is listed with the IP).
TwTelecom in turn received the spam from ip40.wedsl.bevcomm.net (Name sounds like a subscriber DNS name, see the "DSL" in it?). What do you want to know? Seems to me that the Karate dojo hired the Speedymail folks to spam potential customers. That's a wild guess, of course.
