I made the correction, however even after rebooting the machine, the problem
persisted, The manager showed the directory as C:\IMAIL\WEB , before makeing
the changes.  Since my files reside in D:\IMAIL\WEB, I copied the web
directory to C:\IMAIL\WEB and this cured the issue.
