Hi,

We have had the same kind of experience, though it was with clients
accessing their mail through web messaging. After upgrading to the ISA2k3,
access to the Imail-web messaging was extremely slow for all clients using
this proxy.

If memory serves me right, it didn't help to just disable the cache in the
ISA for the Imail-server, so what we did to avoid this from happening was to
setup the ISA so that requests to the Imail-server bypasses the proxy.

Hello,

to me it sounds like a hardware or driver problem with the
isa server or network Switch which looses packets when it opens too much
connections. Maybe it is a coincidence that the problem
started with the update?

First check te eventlocg from the isa server. And look if
there is any problem

Try to Change the cable, the Switch or the switch port. Update the NIC
driver or change the nic.

sometime this helps...
