Usually I've not had an ounce of issues when I've ran back to back
Spybot, PestPatrol and AdAware (full versions). Of the three,
PestPatrol is the more thorough. And, you may need to boot the server
down into safe mode to rid the server of these pests. That would
ensure no network activity and most of the time, the pests do not get
loaded in safe mode. Thus, a better chance at getting rid of them.
