I want to check, until when my service agreement is valid (if I need a new one). I went to register.ipswitch.com. But I have a problem to register my service agreement number SIP-0071XXXX When I enter the serial number IP-0020XXXX the following error: "This Serial Number has been automatically registered." What does this mean?
