My understanding of email disclaimers it they hold absoultly no weight. Being that they come at the end of the email and after any supposed confidential infomation. The person reading the message does not have the chance to refuse the disclaimer and not read the message.
I suggest to make these enforcable that everyone read the last paragraph of every email first. Better yet send an HTML email with just the disclaimer and an "I Agree" link to release final delivery of the actual message.
