This may have already been reported, but I found out today that a bunch of Verizon's IP blocks were erroneously listed by some external blacklisting service, used by AOL and EarthLink to deny connections from dialup\dynamic users. If you are on Verizon pipes and can't send to AOL or Earthlink, this could explain why.
