Thanks guys, I did replace the domains that had their own webtemplates, and
besides the nice new look, it did fix one of the errors.  Users can now
select multiple emails and move them to a different mailbox(folder).  Still,
though, the other error exists.  If I have more than 1 page of emails, and I
want to go to, say, page 4 or 7, if I enter 4 into the "go to page" box, and
click the link, I get a page with nothing on it, besides the usual links
that the template holds.  No emails appear within the page.
Any ideas on why this might be happening?

Do any of the domains you host have their own web templates? If so, they 
won't be replaced by the default download.. You will need to copy the 
IMail\Web directory to any <domainTopDir\web> as well to be sure you are 
using the correct templates
