Jeff,

There are three issues going on here.

1) You need to disable all osirusoft.com tests in Declude's Global.cfg. This isn't the cause of your issue, but it will likely cause others.

2) You are listed as an open relay in both DSBL and NJABL (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=204.60.69.132). This could very well be the reason why this E-mail is undeliverable since the company that you are sending to is behind an anti-spam gateway and it does reject connections of certain types. The reason why you are an open relay is likely your configuration, and you should search the IMail knowledge base for "open relay" so that you can resolve this.

3) You are using IMail 7.06 and this version of IMail is vulnerable to several different hacks that can either take over your server, or can cause your server to crash. You must be on at least IMail 8.15 HF2 in order to be protected from all currently known exploits. Many people running 7.x have in fact been hacked. This might also be the cause of #2, but I would first look for the most obvious there.

These things might be beyond your immediate ability to fix, and it will take money to fix as well. Considering that this is a small-business server, I might suggest looking to outsource your E-mail services. My company does this for many others, and I would guess that there are at least a few dozen others that do the same on this list alone. When you consider the time and money commitment required to administrate a server properly 24/7, block as much spam as possible, protect your users from viruses, and make sure that legitimate E-mail is both delivered and received, it might make a very compelling business argument in favor of outsourcing.

case, I have been getting these kick back emails when mail is sent to good
known users and it almost looks like my email server is the one doing the
kick back. does anyone on this list know what is going on here?? thanks any
help would be appreciated.
