Then he is not using web mail.  If he uses web mail to send the message then Imail sees the SMTP address as that of the web mail server – period.

That'd work if the IP identified as the sender was that of the webmail server.  As it's the IP of our travelling CEO, that won't work.

What if I want to whitelist it in Imail 8.20, and not just Declude?

Have a situation in Imail 8.20 where emails sent via webmail are getting
snagged by Declude.  Any way to whitelist emails sent from the web client?
