I can vouch for Urchin, and can also vouch for the decline of DeepMetrix.
We had v. 5 and it worked well... V6 was a nightmare and we dropped it
straight away.  So urchin was bought by Google eh?  I need to take a break
and get up to date on some of these things... {sigh} I hope they don't
change it... Urchin has been GREAT.
