Here's an irony... I was going through my batch of deleted spam today (I usually scan it daily, to see if any legit mail was trapped) and came across an e-mail from Ipswitch announcing their "Technology Focus Seminar". It seems that the message was tagged for deletion by my Imail filters because Ipswitch's server was listed by two different RBLs (SpamCop, PSBL). It also failed an MxGuard test (Native-PTR). The latter RBL is an automated spamtrap, which begs one to question where Ipswitch is getting its mailing lists from nowadays. Fortunately, it wasn't the same server that Ipswitch uses for this mailing list.
