A while
back, after I upgraded to 8.2 some messages started getting rejected, and
the only characteristic I could see was the domain name used capital
letters. Ipswitch said that 8.2 fixed this bug from previous
versions. I reinstalled Imail plus its HFs and it seemed to have
worked.
Now users are
complaining that it's happening again. I personally tested it this is what
I got:

I talked to
messagelabs, they telneted to my server's smtp and sent an email and it
worked. I did the same thing, and it worked.
When this happened
my official host name was: mail.initialplants.com, aliases:
initialplants.com. today, I was forced to add Initialplants.Com to the
alias list.
I thought
smtp is not case sensitive.
