In the past, I've set a few customers up with fax capabilities on their own
servers, however recently I haven't worked with it much, so my memory is a
bit fuzzy. However, today one of our servers has been picking up the modem,
just holding the line beeping for maybe 30 seconds, then disconnecting.
After digging through a few logs, I found the following entries:

FAX-E ERROR SENDING: From: To: IN: 1/8/2000 15:34 ERROR MSG: Line
is Busy
and later ..
FAX-E ERROR SENDING: From: To: IN: 1/8/2000 15:34 ERROR
MSG: General unspecific error w/faxmodem

We've been getting several of these, however I've grepped the logs from a
couple days earlier, and I dont see where someone actually has tried to
send an email-to-fax. I'm not sure how they would, as there are no fax
profiles setup for any of the domains on that server. Any ideas to make
sure it doesn't happen again? Or, at the present the present more
importantly, where that file is queued so we can delete it and it leaves
the outgoing lines alone. :)

Thanks in advance,

Jonathan
