This is a problem that is a little beyond me.
We are running Imail 6.0X still and we have one client that is receiving
mail from one particular sender and the messages are garbled. The mail is
generated automatically by a VB application. The developers are claiming we
are the only ones having problems, but I have replicated the issue on
numerous machines and email clients (Outlook 2000, 2002, and OE).
Now this is where I am getting in over my head. When I look at the message
header it has the following:
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
boundary="----=_NextPart_000_000A_01C5C05B.7626FA30"
X-Mailer: Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000
Content-Class: urn:content-classes:message
But when I look at the source code behind the email, I see no Content-Type
tags within the body. Would this be causing the email clients to have
trouble correctly parsing the content?
TIA
