John,

I would just grab a copy of "deltree" and do a "deltree *.*" that would do the trick.

Subject: [IMail Forum] OT: DOS commands

What dos command can you use to delete all directors even if they contain
files, and you do not know what the name of the directories are?

I am trying to write a batch file for a customer using a zip drive, and I
need to make sure there are no files or directories in it before coping
files in. I do not want to use the format command.
