Thanks Sandy, is there a way to only block it for this IIS domain? Or it has
to be global for all domains on the server?

Sorry for the OT but if its possible, someone on this list will
definately know. I have a customer who is complaining that they are
getting lots of fraudulent activity on their website from Middle
Eastern IP addresses. Is it possible to block access to his website
from ip addresses that come from specific regions? Is there a
database that I can use as a reference point? Can this be done? Can
someone point me in the right direction?
You can get lists of country-specific IP ranges from
http://www.blackholes.us/zones/countries/ and tie those in to your web
server's access list.
