Try the Knowledgebase! If I remember correctly and indexing is still the same, use the word "move" as the search term and select IMail as product.

Agreeable on this option. Microsoft has changed the WindowsUpdate scheme at least for XP. 2003 has the XP look so I would assume it would be the same for 2003.
