Have you checked at the user level. It could be limited there

Hi Laura,
I thought about that, but the bounce shows it was sent through OE not
webmail:
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180
This is a tricky one. Maybe I'll go much around the registry and see what
it
tells me.

Maybe the webmail default of 10mb is what's kicking it out? I think I
recall
that only being able to be changed in the registry?? Login to your webmail
and you should see the limit I'm talking about - even though I have mine
set
to 0 as well, I still see the webmail limit. Just a thought....

Right, 25000000 Bytes = 23.8418579 MegaBytes. The trick is where is the
server picking up the 25000000 Bytes? Everything is set to "0" for
unlimited? I've even tried re-entering the "0" just for giggles. It hasn't
changed anything.

According to the logs you showed, I believe it is showing that the mailbox
has a 25mg limit... the 25000000 indicates that correct?!?!?

Hi John,
That's covered, the domain with the parent IP is also set to all "0" for
limits.

Is this a virtual server?
If so, don't forget setting 0 as unlimited size at the virtual server with
the parent ip server set at say 10 meg. will limit the size of the virtual
server to 10 meg. regardless as to any value greater than 10 or set to 0.
At least that's my recollection.

I have a customer that is attempting to send an unsually large attachment,
about 28MB in size. I politely suggested we set up a FTP for him, but he
technically should be able to send such a large email, correct? For his
domain, Mailbox sizes and limits are set to "0" for unlimited as well as
on
the main domain for the server.
The error is rather off color, "mailbox size too large". Can a mailbox
size
be too large? This is Imail 8.15
