Hello, All,
We are using an antiquated version of IMail version 6.06. One of our e-mail
hosting customers uses webmail exclusively. For some reason she is unable
to delete any message from her inbox in the webmail interface. I have also
tried logging on as her and selecting messages to be deleted and then
clicking the "Delete Selected Message(s)" link. After clicking the link it
displays a message that says "Do you really want to delete the message(s)?"
and then I click the "Yes" link and then it goes back to the inbox,
refreshes and the messages are still there.
Does anyone if this is a bug in our version of IMail? If not a known bug is
this some sort of weird file level permissions issue?
