When you have configured IMail to use an external DB, it will create a
table in the DB for that domain with all the attributes already set. So
there is no need for you to create the table yourself. However if you
want info about the table, get the templates.zip file from our ftp
servers, ftp.ipswitch.com in the \ipswitch\product_support\imail
directory and read the templates.txt file.
