What type of permissions are on the users mailbox

This to me looks like imail does not have permissions on the mailbox.

We are getting a dozen more today stuck in the spool folder. I have just
recreated a new spool folder to see if this problem continues? Any thoughts
on sending the old emails out? Thanks.

I have matching q* and D* messages in the spool, but they will not
send out. I¹ve tried to send them through the imail administrator
using send one and send all, but nothing happens. Does anyone know
how I can push these out and why they are not being sent? We¹ve had
other emails send out fine. Thanks.
