there r 2 ways to set up an ETRN service for your customers.
first of all you have to open the Imail interface in the control panel and
to set in the SMTP tab the # of "tries before returnig to sender" and the
queue timer. this will decide how long will your server wait before
rejecting a message sent to your ETRN customer.
the you have 2 ways to operate:
a) open the hosts file and set your costomer's host name and the IP address
(it must be a static one).
b) specify two different MX records in your customer bind file.
