[IMail Forum] Is it the problem with our DNS settings?

Dear all,

We use ICS 2.0 and everything seems ok, but one customer couldn’t send email to us.

Through hotmail we got their returned email, the error description is the following.

It appears that the DNS operator for AAA.com has installed an invalid MX record with

An IP address instead of a domain name on the right hand side.

From its description I know some problems with our DNS settings, but our ISP told us

There is no error with the settings and other email host such as hotmail etc could send

To us, why couldn’t they send? Any specifications do they need?

Any help would be appreciated.
