If you are forwarding more than 100 messages a day to AOL for your users
then you get them to allow it. We have a KB article outlining the

I thought there was a new option to block forwarding to specific domains
in Imail but I can't seem to find anything in the KB? AOL is a PITA with
their spam policy and some of our users are ignoring our "don't forward
your mail to AOL" policy.
