I think it's probably re-registered via a "bot" of some type due to
it existing as a real domain in the past...
We've seen two domains find the same fate over the years. Each time
they were immediately re-released with some bogus porn site content
to get prior users to freak-out and have the primary owner pay
whatever it was that the new owner wanted.
You seem to have been had by a company called : www.walelabrook.com
I see no porn so that is a good start.

Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] OT - Domain renewed by someone else:
what to
do?
I'm calling on the experience in this group for some advice. I
have a
client
whose domain name expired over the weekend and we never got a
notification
due to a partnership split and email address change (long story).
Anyway, the domain name has already been registered with another
company
and
I'm now trying to get it back. Can anyone suggest a strategy on
how to
approach this?
Not possible... If it expired this last weekend, you still have
thirty
days
to reclaim it. Perhaps it was renewed, and the contact info/
company info
was changed by one of the partners?
Contact the registrar and find out what really happened. You may
need to
use the ICANN Domain Name Dispute Resolution process, but try calling
first.
Sorry, I guess I should've made it more clear. I got a call on Friday
afternoon from the client stating that they were having problems
accessing
the website and they had been having this problem for a few weeks.
Upon
investigation I noticed that is was in the process of deletion from
the
database and the domain was locked so I couldn't renew it at the
time, nor
was I in a position to renew it at that time (again, long story).
Being that
it's a family name (dibiasos.com) I never expected it to be
registered so
quickly. When I came in this morning I found that it had been
registered by
another company who is using it for some generic shopping page
which has
nothing in common with the domain name or it's previous owner.
I guess I just needed to know what's the best way to approach this
situation.
