Actually, I did come up with such a script. I just forgot to update the
website, and do not have it uploaded to the main site right now. I am going
to be replacing that server next week, which should make downloads faster
for everyone.

For anyone who is interested, I have uploaded a copy of the script to one of
my other websites. The script is compressed into a .zip file and contains
Wget, the .cmd file to run and a readme.txt to help you get started. Along
with the built-in scheduling ability of Windows, this should allow you to
automatically download updates to the URL-DOMAIN-BL.txt script anytime you
like from our servers. Feel free to drop me a note or post any imail
specific questions about this to the mailing list. Thanks!
