I'm confused - I thought I applied by calling or emailing. Has that
changed? Do I handle that from the program? How can I tell how many
users I have?

So, IMail doesn't check while it's running to see if the number of
users is exceeded? The check is performed when? When I apply a new
version over my current version? Or when I request a new SA?
